From My Yard to Yours: Gardening for Biodiversity and Well-being - 10:00 AM

Join us for a guided walk through two local gardens to discover how the residents are increasing vegetation, supporting wildlife, and enhancing well-being in a drought-prone prairie town. We’ll meet at Kinsman Park before heading to our first stop in the London Road neighbourhood. There you can explore the sights, sounds, and flavours of a home herbalism garden in early spring. From there, we’ll continue to a second garden in the hospital area. Expect some interaction with fellow participants as we connect with nature and each other across two neighbourhoods. Meet at Kinsmen Park playground (834 10 St S).

Getting to Know Garry Station - 10:00 AM

Join us for a 2 km community walk exploring the history of Lethbridge’s Westside, with a focus on the Garry Station neighbourhood. Together, we’ll uncover how the area got its name, who “Garry” was, and why railway themes are woven throughout the community’s design. Along the route, we’ll connect past and present sharing stories about how this neighbourhood came to be and what makes it unique today. Meet at Central Park Playground (390 Aquitania Blvd W).

Vicky's Place: Women Who Shaped Victoria Park - 10:30 AM

Behind every great neighbourhood are the people who made it — and in Victoria Park, many of those people were women. Join us for a 1.6 km guided walk through the heart of the neighbourhood as we bring to life the stories of remarkable women spanning more than a century: business owners, community builders, educators, advocates, and everyday leaders who shaped the streets we're walking today. Free, accessible, and open to everyone — this is local history worth showing up for.

Meet at Cupper's Coffee and Tea (1502c 3 Ave S).

From the Majestic to the Next Stage: A Downtown Theatre Walk - 3:00 PM

From saloon halls to the Majestic Theatre, from silent films to sold-out nights at the Yates — downtown Lethbridge has always been a stage. Join us as we walk through 140 years of performing arts history, discovering the theatres, impresarios, and community dreamers who shaped this city’s cultural life, and exploring what comes next. Meet at Casa (230 8 St S).
