The City of Lethbridge wants to hear from you! Our 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey is now live, and it’s your chance to share how you feel about City services and programs.
This short, 10-minute survey is designed to give us a quick snapshot of how we’re doing. It’s aligned with the City’s key performance indicators (KPIs), which means your feedback directly supports how we measure progress and make improvements.
To make sure we’re hearing from as many voices as possible, the survey is being conducted in two ways:
A statistically valid telephone survey conducted by Forum Research Inc.
An open-link online survey available to all residents until August 15.
Whether you’ve had a great experience or see room for improvement, your input helps us better understand what’s working and what needs attention. It’s all part of our commitment to being transparent, accountable, and responsive to the community.
The City has traditionally run a more in-depth survey every four years, which helps inform City Council during budget planning. That longer survey will be recommended again for 2027 as part of the 2028–2031 Operating Budget engagement process.

Starting today, the City of Lethbridge is launching a Community Satisfaction Survey to gather valuable feedback from residents and help guide ongoing efforts to improve programs and services.
Thisbrief,10-minute phone survey serves as a targeted pulse check, aligned with the City’s key performance indicators. The results help measure progress and support continuous improvement. Forum Research Inc. will conduct the phone survey on behalf of the City of Lethbridge.
“The 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey allows residents to provide important feedback on the City’s performance,” says Tara Grindle, Communications and Engagement Manager. “It helps us identify what’s working well and where we need to improve, all while reinforcing our commitment to transparency, accountability and data-driven decision making.”
To ensure the survey reflects the diverse voices of Lethbridge, it will be conducted in two formats: a statistically valid telephone survey and an open-linksurvey available online until August 15.This dual approach ensures all residents have the opportunity toparticipate, while maintaining the integrity of the data.Residents are encouraged to complete the survey and share their experiences as a way to improve the community.
The City has traditionally conducted a comprehensive, 20-minute, statistically valid survey every four years, which played a key role in informing City Council during operating budget deliberations. The longer format, 20-minute survey will be recommended as part of the engagement plan for the 2028-2031 operating budget. If approved by Council at that time, the survey would be executed in 2027.
Your feedback plays a vital role in shaping how the City plans, delivers and improves the services that matter most to you.Don’t miss your chance to have your say!
