The project consists of 3 main components;

1. Protected cycling facility along 4 Avenue S from its west end to Stafford Drive S and along 7 Street S between 3rd Avenue S and 7 Avenue S.

2. Pavement rehabilitation along the 4 Avenue S and 7 St S

3. Watermain renewal along 7 St S from 3 Ave S to 6 Ave S
