4 Avenue & 7 Street Cycling Project
The project consists of 3 main components;
1. Protected cycling facility along 4 Avenue S from its west end to Stafford Drive S and along 7 Street S between 3rd Avenue S and 7 Avenue S.
2. Pavement rehabilitation along the 4 Avenue S and 7 St S
3. Watermain renewal along 7 St S from 3 Ave S to 6 Ave S

Hope to see you there and hear your thoughts on current projects and future plans.
Assets and Infrastructure Standing Policy Committee Meeting, May 2 at 1:30 p.m. at Lethbridge City Hall: The Assets and Infrastructure Standing Policy Committee will meet. Public participation is welcome for any item listed on the Public Agenda, including bike lanes. There are several ways to become involved:
- Make an Online Submission or drop off your written submission to the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall
- Email the City Clerk's Office or call 311 to request the following:
- Be added to the Speaker’s List to make an in person or online presentation at the meeting (limit 5 mins.); or
- Send a Recorded Voice presentation (limit 5 mins.)
- NOTE: Those who register to speak will be called upon first
- NOTE: All materials provided will be published in the public agenda. Those speaking at the meetings are advised that meetings are video recorded and live-streamed

Background
Share Background on Facebook Share Background on Twitter Share Background on Linkedin Email Background link•This project will implement the first protected bicycle corridor within the Phase 1 priority bicycle network recommended Cycling Master Plan, adopted by Council on July 17, 2017.
•Cycling Corridors Functional Planning Study, adopted by Council on April 6, 2020 recommended short term cycling infrastructure along the 4 Avenue S and 7 Street S to connect the existing pathway and bike boulevard network to the Downtown.
