Administrative Committees bring together community members and subject matter experts to provide advice and insights on specific City initiatives and projects. Led by City Administration, these committees help strengthen decision-making by offering diverse perspectives and specialized expertise on assigned topics.

  • Public Art Committee

    Historic Places Advisory Committee Application

    Thank you for your interest in serving on the Historic Places Advisory Committee, please review the applicable Terms of Reference.

    Application notes:

    • All applicants must complete this application form. 
    • We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted and may be requested to attend an interview.
    • Should you be shortlisted, you can expect to hear back from us within two weeks following the closing of the applications on October 25, 2026.

    • Personal information is being collected under 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) and will be used for reviewing public participation requests in municipal decision-making and to administer the volunteer program for appointment and services on various City BCCs.
