• Should you be shortlisted, you can expect to hear back from us within two weeks following the closing of the applications on October 25, 2026.

• Personal information is being collected under 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) and will be used for reviewing public participation requests in municipal decision-making and to administer the volunteer program for appointment and services on various City BCCs.
