COVID-19 Community Well Being Survey 2021

In an effort to continue to enhance relationships and maintain community connections, the City is seeking your input on help us understand the current wellbeing of our community.  We invite you to participate in sharing feedback regarding your health, safety, social relationships, access to basic needs, emergency preparedness and a sense of belonging and social inclusion. We are also asking a few follow up questions in regards to City services and information needs during this COVID19 event.   Please take the next 5 minutes and complete this survey.
