Crossings is a thriving urban village where residents can truly live, work, shop, learn and play….and, we are creating more spaces to PLAY!

Lethbridge Land is excited to be gearing up for the construction of a shiny new playground in Crossings! It will be located in the newest development area (Phase 7) and will sit on the northeastern portion of a future school site.



We have asked for your feedback about what kinds of amenities you would like to see in the new playground design and have received some great ideas and recommendations. Some of your requests included things like a zip-line, accessible paths and ground cover, variation in climbing structures and space for alternative games and activities like hopscotch. With your help, the Crossings playground will be a more accessible and inclusive play space for everyone in the community. Construction is set to start in the spring/summer of 2020.

    We are going to be building a brand new playground in Crossings and we need your help! 

    What kinds of amenities do you want to see there?  What are your children's favourite pieces of equipment to play on?  What other amenities should be added (site furniture, landscaping, other equipment).  What fun ideas do you have?
