Entries will close October 10, 2025 at 12 pm and random draw will take place by October 31, 2025. Only the winner will be contacted.

As a snow route resident, the Windrow Assistance Service is available for those who have mobility and accessibility challenges with navigating windrows at the driveway or curb parking.

Eligible households must call 311 each year before the first Friday in October to stay subscribed.
