Join us on April 25 from 3-7 pm at the ENMAX Centre!

The City of Lethbridge is excited to invite you to our upcoming in-person Community Conversation. On top of learning about more than 35 different City and and community projects, this multi-project open house event is also packed full of fun activities.

  • Shoot to win - try your luck hitting a bucket for a chance to win tickets to the Western Slam NCAA basketball event coming to the ENMAX this Fall.
  • Sample free concession treats including caramel corn and Grizzly Soda
  • Try out the Roving Gym activities with Lethbridge Sport Council
  • Check out the Lethbridge Public Library's interactive light projector technology
  • Take in equipment and training demos with Lethbridge Fire & Emergency Services
  • Prize draws and giveaways

Admission and parking for the event is free of charge.

This year we excited to welcome more community partners including:

  • University of Lethbridge
  • Tourism Lethbridge
  • Lethbridge Sport Council
  • Lethbridge County
  • Downtown Business Revitalization Zone & Heart of Our City committee
  • Lethbridge Police Service & Lethbridge Police Commission

Community Conversations are a way to bring together all of the City projects seeking community feedback in one convenient location, making it easier for residents to participate. Public participation helps build a strong and connected community, informs council decision making and enhances the city we all call home.

    On Thursday, April 25, the City of Lethbridge will host it’s next in-person community engagement event. The Community Conversation will feature more than 30 projects to explore, along with fun, free activities for the whole family. Participants will have the opportunity to give feedback, get informed and connect with City staff and partner organizations.

    The event will be held from 3-7 p.m. at the ENMAX Centre. Some of the Community Conversation topics include:

    • Cycling in Lethbridge
    • Water Conservation
    • Land Use Bylaw Review
    • Green Cart Organics
    • Solar Energy
    • Encampment Response
    • Municipal Housing Strategy

    Some of the event activities include:

    • ENMAX Centre concession samples
    • Fun family activities with the Lethbridge Public Library
    • Fire and Emergency Services fire prevention and Sparky the mascot
    • Swag give-aways
    • Prize draws
